Moreover, it can withstand the continuous high temperature inside the kiln. Thirdly, choose high-quality fuel. When selecting combustion coal materials, it is necessary to choose coal materials with good quality, good thermal energy utilization, and less loss. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that the moisture content and particle size of the coal materials meet the process requirements of the gypsum rotary kiln.
Fourthly, accurate and appropriate feeding is necessary. When the coal feeding amount is inaccurate, it is mainly due to the inflexibility of the coal feeding system adjustment, or the error of the operators who cannot reduce the feeding amount appropriately according to the temperature changes in the kiln, resulting in the loss of heat energy without complete combustion. Therefore, when using this rotary kiln equipment, it is necessary to control the amount of coal feeding, seal all parts well, strengthen management, and ensure that there is no air leakage in the entire kiln body.
