Troubleshooting method for burner shutdown:
1. Flame fluctuation caused by unstable fire source, extinguishing fire. Adjustment method: Adjust the pressure and restart;
When the flame detector is not working, the flame detection probe is grounded or too dirty, normal flames cannot be detected and flameout occurs. Adjustment method; Adjust the position of the probe, clean the surface of the probe, and restart;
3. Circuit failure, unstable power supply or phase loss, resulting in process shutdown. Adjustment method; Contact an electrician to check the power supply and wiring.
Technical operation:
1. Press the main ignition button on the combustion control panel. After confirming that the work indicator light is on for 10 seconds, the mother flame will turn on. If the mother fire indicator light goes out within 10 seconds, the fire alarm buzzer on the combustion control panel will sound, indicating that the ignition has failed. After waiting for 60 seconds, manually press the program controller fault reset button and restart the main fire button.
After the mother flame is ignited normally, the operator should confirm whether the mother flame is ignited through the observation hole of the burner. After confirmation, press the fire start button on the burner control panel. After a few seconds of delay, after the fire indicator light comes on, the operator in front of the furnace should slowly open the load regulating ball valve and proportionally increase the gas air until the flame appears in the main blue and slightly red color, which is the best;
3. After the fire is ignited and stabilized, check whether the gas supply pressure of the main pipeline is within the normal range;
4. Start the fan and enter the pre blowing stage, check and confirm that the equipment is in normal condition;
5. Observe the gas and air pressure indications and confirm that the burner operation permission instruction is given;
6. Press the combustion control button on the combustion control panel, and the combustion controller enters the combustion start program;
7. The open flame ignition task has been completed. Operators should promptly turn off the mother fire button on the panel, cut off the mother fire, and allow the fire to continue burning;
During the process of high fire combustion, operators can adjust the flame (load) size at any time according to process requirements. When it is necessary to turn off the fire for a short period of time, the operator should turn on the fire main switch to maintain the fire main switch, and then turn off the fire switch;
9. Adjust the operating handles of the gas valve and air valve, which can be adjusted in stages to ensure that the burner load output meets the process requirements;
10. Stop operation: When the machine is temporarily stopped, the fire should be turned off first, then the fire switch should be turned off, and finally the stop button should be turned off.
