Do you know the characteristics of these industrial natural gas burners?
The decomposition and installation of natural gas burners are well matched, and can be divided into integrated and split burners according to their structure.
Among them, split type burners are mainly used for industrial production, and their main characteristics are the complete decomposition and installation of combustion systems, gas supply systems, control systems, etc. This type of machine is mainly suitable for large equipment or special working environments such as high temperatures. Whether a good burner installed on a boiler still has the same good combustion performance largely depends on whether the aerodynamic characteristics of the two match.
Only by matching well can the performance of natural gas burners be fully utilized, ensuring stable combustion in the furnace, achieving the expected thermal energy output, and achieving good thermal efficiency in the boiler. The size of the back pressure directly affects the output of the burner, and the back pressure is related to the size of the furnace, the length and geometric shape of the flue.
Below is a summary of the advantages of this burner:
1. High thermal efficiency: Gas engines can adapt to pressure fluctuations, adjust air distribution (i.e. high gas pressure leads to more intake; low gas pressure leads to less intake), fully burn, and have high thermal efficiency;
2. High safety: The burner is equipped with small firepower. When starting the boiler, light the small fire first. When a small fire burns normally and stably, the automatic control system opens the main gas valve, and the fuel enters the boiler for normal combustion without deflagration;
3. Strong fuel adaptability: Low nitrogen burners can be suitable for various types of gas, such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, and liquefied petroleum gas mixture, with only a small amount of parts replaced.
